Cryogrinding
A cryogenic mill with the aid of liquid nitrogen, which then becomes gaseous, is use to continuously cool seeds and berries (heat-sensitive/hard-to-grind’ products). They are micro-ground to obtain impalpable powders that preserve all the sensory characteristics of the initial matrix.
